On the ground floor of a typical red brick triplex with outside spiral staircases from the Montreal of the 20's, the apartement has two level. A 5 minutes walk from the Promenade Masson, commercial artery you will find all the services (grocery stores, restaurants, Cafes, bars, etc.). Central, 1 to 5 km from the main tourist attractions. 1 free parking, possibility of a second occasionaly.
Located in Rosemont La Petite Patrie, a charming trendy, artistic and effervescent district. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical red brick triplex with its spiral exterior staircase typical of the Montreal of the 20's. You will live live the urban life of Montreal, just enough to live like of the premises, at the junction of the Plateau Mont-Royal.
At La Vie Est Belle you will find enough space so that everyone can share good times in the common areas while having the opportunity to find its privacy in one of the four + 1 bedrooms.

Summary: We were five adults experiencing Montreal for the first time. There aren't many placees that could accomodate us all comfortably but Helene's place fit the bill perfectly! Quiet, safe, comfortable - we cooked, played cards, enjoyed the nearby cafe multiple times, took the nearby bus, was able to park our car for no extra charge, loved the beautiful back patio, and the kitchen was outstanding. One small item is that the ceiling in the downstairs section is quite low - just be careful when you stand up. It was so fortunate to have this extra space AND a washer dryer. We loved Montreal and it's due in large part to the fact that this VRBO was such a great experience!!!

Summary: We rented this place for our teens to participate in judo tournaments. Helene was wonderful and accommodating with early checkin and service dog for one of our friends’ daughters who is special needs. Love the cafe restaurants and shops nearby. We are hoping to be back in May.
